Description
Pawmot serves as an effective revenge killer against Surge and excels as a lead against Rotom-Frost. Employing 3-4 hits of Arm Thrust ensures a knockdown against Rotom, prompting Surge to pivot either Pawmot or Electrode. The latter tends to resort to exploding, especially if a reliable Electrode check, such as a ghost type or a Pokémon with Protect, is present on your team. --- After Electrode's removal, opposing Pawmot or Mega Ampharos remains on the battlefield, making Dig a strategic choice against either. With your Pawmot at full HP, two consecutive Digs secure the elimination of Mega Ampharos. In Hitmonlee matchups, Close Combat falls short of securing a knockout at full health, but a combination of Arm Thrust and Quick Attack guarantees victory.
