veryone knows how good this mon is, but something a lot of people don't realize is that usually, speed EVs are wasted on it, since its speed tier isn't the best (for RR standards anyway) and it ends up missing out on some very crucial bulk and damage, assuming you're using a jolly nature. You'll also still outspeed a lot of things such as +speed Dragapult at -2 speed. This ev spread is useful against virtually any threat, assuming it hasn't set up too much, or isn't a really strong fighting type. As for the moveset, it's a pretty standard one that lets you set up with Power-up Punch, then either get some health back with Drain Punch, or tear through enemies with Body Slam or Sucker Punch, nullifying most Focus Sash users in the process. Due to how bulky this mon is, a lot of foes will just set up on you if they can, allowing you to beat them without taking any damage thanks to priority/paralysis. As a sidenote, base Kangaskhan's ability should be Scrappy, mainly to let it avoid Intimidate, but it also might let you use Power-up Punch on a ghost type, for example.
