Honestly, it seems like Chuck is basically as free as Erika but this seems to be the best guaranteed Chuck strat I could come up with for Nuzlockes. --- The idea is to setup spikes with Cloyster (Chople Berry) and protect and then pivot into Cinderace on a low damaging move. The optimal play is Gyara, Aqua Tail to break sash and to go into Cinderace on a triple axel. After that Cinderace outspeeds and OHKO's every mon with Acrobatics. On Lucario, protect into acrobatics is safer but it doesn't really change much.
