Description
Alakazam possesses the right combination of speed, power, and ability to take a lot of pressure off of the Silph Co tag battle against Archer and Ariana. Inner Focus means the Incineroar will target Masquerain turn 1 with Fake Out, giving you the opportunity to hit Galarian Articuno with Shadow Ball after it kills Masq. Mega Sceptile should be out on turn 2, which is going to do a lot of the heavy lifting for you. Sceptile’s Focus Blast should put Mega Houndoom in range of Hidden Power Fighting (assuming it hits), and its Hidden Power Fire will put Gholdengo in range of Zam’s Shadow Ball. From then on, you only have one enemy on the field for the rest of the battle. Should Alakazam live long enough to use it, Energy Ball does decent damage to Primarina. The last move slot can be anything really, but Skill Swap can be used to remove Mega Mawile’s Huge Power if you feel the need. Colbur Berry lets Alakazam survive one Knock Off from Incineroar, and Timid lets it outrun Mega Houndoom.
